How is it calculated?

Discount = price × percent / 100. Final = price − discount.

final = price × (1 - discount/100)

Example

1,000 with 25% off → 750.

Guide

Calculate sale prices and savings from list price and discount rates, including stacked promotions. Checkout rules may differ.

How discount calculation works

Discount amount = price × rate; payable = price − discount. A second discount usually applies to the reduced price, not the original.

2026 shopping notes and mistakes

Adding two percentage discounts into one rate overstates savings. Always check unit prices and shipping.

Tips

  • Apply multi-discounts step by step.
  • For information only—final price is at checkout.
